Koeman and Messi Barcelona manager and captain

The FC Barcelona’s head coach Ronald Koeman came in the limelight of criticism as Barca consistently dropped the points. Who’s responsible for dropping the points? Lastly Ernesto Valverde, then Setien and now its turn for the Dutch man to be sacked?

Ronald Koeman future in Barcelona ?

Barcelona head coach Ronald Koeman is having a very difficult time in Barca. The win deficiency of Barca in La Liga has pushed the dutch man in the hot criticism zone. They are having the worst season which was never expected to be. If we take the reference of the last 10 years, this is the worst start to the season by FC Barcelona. The 26 times league winner are struggling for the champions league spot. With the continuous bad performances, Ronald Koeman future in the club doesn’t seem secure. In spite of having the world class players in the squad, they haven’t proved their potential yet. Philippe Coutinho, Lionel Messi, Ansu Fati, Ter Stegan. Despite these unstoppable players, Barcelona are so much vulnerable this season. They have already lost el clasico which used to be taken as the title deciding match.

Who is responsible? Koeman or Messi?

As we know, football is the game of uncertainty and we can’t predict. Anything may happen. We are all familiar with the last matches drama and Spanish league as well. But looking the current form of Barcelona, we can undoubtedly say that they are lacking the spirit and passion. The Barcelona which we used to see in 2014/2015, we can’t see that spirit now. Saying frankly, the team is lacking the mentality. There are no any neck to neck performances. Where is that death is better than defeat spirit? They have disappointed fans, disappointed management. They are surprising and making everyone’s eyebrows up with these non fanatical and blunders. It is very hard to say who is responsible for the results. There are many factors behind this worse performances. There may be the internal problems in the management, captaincy and mutual understandings between players or unwillingness towards the club. Since the players like Puyol, Iniesta, Xavi left, Barcelona hasn’t been same. Many managers came and went but noone could rebuilt it. Valverde couldn’t change it, Setien couldn’t change it, Ronald Koeman isn’t able to change it. Where is the problem? On Ronald Koeman or supreme Messi or captaincy or the leadership?
