La Liga will be resumed from June 8 as the Spanish government gave the green light.

The Spanish president of the government, Pedro Sánchez, announced that the stopped La Liga will resume from June 8.

The government of Spain and Ministry of Health have given the approval for the Professional Football League to resume from the week commencing 8 June”.

The return of the major professional sporting competitions, specially the Professional Football League, will restart from 2nd week of June. The whistle will blow again. It will be under conditions that guarantee all the safety of players and working staffs who participate in the competitions.

As well, Real Madrid finished their second week of training with another demanding session supervised under Zinedine Zidane. Zinedine Zidane chose Saturday as the day to squeeze the most out of his players.

The Frenchman is demanding for the next session of training. They will return to training on Monday.
Considering to the safety measures , the Real Madrid players alternated between working with the ball and running through the Valdebebas.

From a strategical point of view, Los Blancos’ squad worked, always in groups of 10, on pressing and doing exercises. The squad train with the fitness coach Gregory Dupont and Zidane himself encouraging them to work at maximum energy.

Zidane also set up several small-sided games and had his players do shooting drills in the final stretch of the session. The players always appreciate the exercise. Zidane believes in his players and hopes for the better performance when the league resumes.

The best news during the training session is that Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz were working on the sidelines. Zidane may soon be able to welcome them back into the pitch.
