Haaland updates by Mino Raiola
During his exclusive interview with Tuttosport, Mino Raiola also spoke about Erling Haaland
- “Haaland is like Ibrahimovic when he was 20. Solskjaer is a good guy but he was totally wrong when he said that Erling is like Lukaku… it would be better if Solskjaer thought about finding a way to make Pogba play like a champion, instead of talking about Haaland”.
- “I can’t talk about Haaland release clause. Rumors say Real Madrid want him? This is not new to me… but he is very happy with Borussia Dortmund. Erling wants to win the UCL. When he’ll leave the club, it will be for his ambition and not for money”.
- “It’s not time to talk about his future on next summer. He’s focused on Dortmund and he’s so happy. If one day he’ll decide to leave the club, he’ll give me a call and we’re gonna plan”.
- “Erling is like a painting, he is like Munch’s Scream because he causes fear in the defenders. He called me after being substituted at 85: he had scored 4 goals, he wanted to score another. He was furious! He wants to be the best also if he’s playing checkers”.
Paul Pogba update
More from Mino Raiola interview
“It’s better to speak clearly, look ahead and not waste time: Paul is unhappy with Manchester United as he is no longer able to express himself in the way that he would like and as he is expected to.
“Paul needs a new team, a change of air. He is under contract for the next 18 months and it will expire in the summer of 2022. However, I think that. the best solution for all parties is that he goes in the next transfer window.
“If not, the Old Trafford club, with whom relations are excellent, knows that they risk losing him on a free transfer as it is not Paul’s intention to extend.
“If somebody does not understand that, then they do not understand football. In any case, let them blame me if Paul leaves”.
